Processing takes about 2-5 business days. Shipping will take about 3-4 business days after processing. Absolutely no refunds will be giving.


While we understand the frustration with lost packages, Yellowindigo Cosmetics is not responsible for lost packages after they has been scanned and in possession of the shipping carrier. We will try out best to assist in locating your package but if it is ultimately lost, please know that your item will NOT be replaced unless a new order is placed & paid for. While it is a rare occurrence for a package to be lost, it does happen! By purchasing your order, you are agreeing to this policy.
